Indian ladies wedding costume (?) [2 parts]

The two parts consist of a skirt and a coat upper, both lavishly embroidered with mirror and sequin parts. The size appears not small based on the breast closing but the sleeves are slim. The combined costume weight is around 5.5kg / 12lbs with the skirt at about 3kg. The skirt has an infill to balloon out the shape and again the size is not small and would lend to be easily adjusted down.
