Likely from the Uzbek town of Shakrisabz / Shahrisabz the birth place of Timur south of Samarkand. It is rather unusual but not unprecidented to find suzanis done onto silk from this region.
The silk ground possibly the action of the dye has weakened but has been stabilised.
