Meetings are most conveniently arranged at Heathrow Terminal 5 or Hatton Cross transit centre. There are free interconnecting services between all five Air Terminals. Information here.

If you want to use a cab, we recommend Station Cars on 01753 545000 / 595000 / 681000. We strongly advise visitors not to use Black Cabs, since fares to the west of the airport are charged at £35, whereas Station Cars will only charge £15.
