This high quality fine lampus type weave has a satin and wrapped plain colour silk warp float and all the figured design in silk with some oxidised silver is in a weft brocade weave. The fragmented cloth has been assembled from the best parts of what must have once been a much larger piece. Care has been taken to make the design run to avoid appearing misjointed.
