323 x 71 cm  //  10ft 7" x 2ft 4"

From the clarity of colour and type of weave indicates anarcahaic specimin  confounded by a simple plainweave pattern. This piece probably once had a twin panel and given that the combined dimensions would have measured approx 370 x 142cm in keeping with typical two part kilims from Central Asia Minor of the period. Camel undyed wool is present amongst the colours.

Conserved by a patchwork of supporting cloths
