This antique silk embroidered suzani was likely made in the vicinity of Bukhara such as the satellite shrine town of Safirkon.
CONSERVATION : Expertly stabilised onto an old cotton material which closely matches the original unbleached handspun cotton ground in addition to the original fabic now acts as an interliner.
