Refund policy

Return policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be returned to us in the same condition it was sold in. 

We accept no responsibility for European customers who attempt to recover VAT.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or not satisfactory.

Exceptions
Bespoke carpets / rugs / runners made to order are subject to a separate contract and are non-refundable.

Refunds
We will inspect goods on return and notify you once we've refunded your original payment method.
