' Delhiwork ' is a term used for embroideries, shawls and stoles made onto a Kashmir woven base cloth. and allegedly finished with silk and gold / silver embroidery elsewhere e.g. Delhi Although it remains quite likely the entire work was performed in Kashmir itself this term has come down to us.
There are same small holes in one end section and this may be corrected by removing the plain section of both end s or tucking then under under each end. Such cost is included in the price on request.
