We are delighted to have been invited to share additional space for our oversized carpets by our good friends at Lewis & Wood just down the road in Woodchester Stroud. Showing grand and gigantic carpets had become challenging at our Fomeside Stroud studio and the new space will enhance and extend our display facilities and be an overflow. Lewis & Wood are renowned UK fabric and paper printers with outreaches in Chelsea Harbour London and USA with whom we had previously shared design resources.
It is with great pleasure as of October 2024 we can announce the acquisition of the remaining stock of Oxianna Books originally formed at Long Ditton Surrey UK in 1995 by Ed and Maggie Stott.
That together with our existing stock of out of print books, maps and literature some of which acquired along the way from Abingdon Books, The Raymond Benardout Library and that of the late Simon Crosby now makes Clive Rogers Oriental Rugs the likely leading supplier of out of print literature. In the field of Oriental Rug and Carpet studies
During the course of 2024 and 2025 we will roll out the titles available via the link.
A portion will not be offered but be held back to augment the working library of our business which is freely available upon appointment and students and researchers.
