French / Continental antique warp green silk remnant (152 x 134cm)

Possibly previously used for ecclesiastical purposes, the Gothic green on green silk pattern is achieved with floating decorative warps. There is discolouration caused by light fading, which is somewhat exaggerated in these photos.
