This lovely antique kilim has been mounted onto off white linen. It was originally made in two parts now joined likely made somewhere between Nidge and Adana in central south Asia Minor. It may bear some connection with the rugs of Capadocia but the use of cotton for the white colour usually indicates a more southern attribution.
