This unusually oversize reticulated table with mother of pearl inlay was likely produced prior to the French mandate of Syria and in the latter days of the Ottoman Empire The timber being likely either Apricot or Walnut. The attractive boss decoration on the top is likely not original.
Probably a Damascus workshop -circa 1900
