Turkish antique mounted kilim fragment (336 x 96cm)

336 x 96cm = 11ft x 3ft2"

This kilim was made in the traditional Anatolian manner of two joined twin parts woven from a narrow loom possibly by a semi nomadic pastoralist group living in the central Anatolia region easy of Konya

The piece is in a fragmentary condition and has now been carefully conserved onto a linen mount measuring 360 x 118cm
